Jay provides a powerful blend of inner and outer healing. It’s clear that he has a solid understanding of anatomy and biomechanics and he addresses any aches, pains or problem areas I bring to him. I first started visiting Jay after I had dislocated a rib.  I was immediately impressed with his work.  He took his time to explain how this accident had affected my entire body.  He further advised me of some preventative measures to do on my own.  Jay has been the first Massage Therapist to really take his time to explain his approach to massage.  He actively listens to my concerns and addresses all of my questions with confidence.  He is very knowledgeable and professional during all interactions and has repeatedly demonstrated his understanding in the art of bodywork.  I am very impressed with Jay and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have had many massage and bodywork sessions over the years and my experience has been that Jay Kratz ranks as number 1 on my list. Only one other person even comes close to Jay in terms of structural knowledge and intuitive ability. None of the other body workers/massage therapists even come close. Perhaps on a scale of 0 to 100 most fall around 50 to 60 whereas Jay is at 100 and only one other person is close at 90. 

I try to have him work on me every two weeks and the results I am more relaxed and I have better flexibility and even my chiropractor has been impressed with how well I am doing. 
Jay has a very intense energy level that is nurturing that leaves me knowing that he really cares about me as a person.

I have finished over 50 marathons.  In June 2009, a month prior to doing the Seattle marathon, I injured myself during training.  The injury was such that I was in pain and hobbling around while walking.  Most people said that I should withdraw from the run.  My daughter and son-in-law, who have been treated by Jay, suggested that I seek his treatment.  Through his sessions, I was pain-free at the start and completed another marathon.  Now, I see Jay before every marathon and come out of them feeling strong.
